About the role
As the Regional Sales Manager at CE-Logic, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals across the Davao del Sur Davao region. In this critical role, you will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and establish CE-Logic as the market leader in the local area.This is a full-time position based in Davao del Sur Davao.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to continuously improve their skills and performance
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Represent CE-Logic at industry events and conferences
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team in the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
