Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation initiatives and expand our corporate client portfolio within the professional services sector.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong corporate network and a proven track record in closing high-value deals. The position also offers a clear pathway to leadership, including the opportunity to build and manage your own business development team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing business development team
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular management reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Background in professional services, consulting, workforce solutions, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong corporate network and experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and willing to work onsite full-time
