Dexcom’s New Business Development team is at the forefront of expanding access to our life-changing technology across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. We’re a strategic, cross-functional group that thrives on launching innovative programs, building strong partnerships, and operationalizing new business models.

This Business Development Manager will lead Dexcom’s commercial growth in Philippines by driving CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) adoption in T1 &T2, executing market development initiatives, and managing channel partners.

This role will accelerate Dexcom’s go-to-market strategy, spearhead business expansion, and ensure sustained, substantial growth of Dexcom CGM across both markets

Where you come in:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Market Development
  • Execute Dexcom’s go-to-market strategy for Philippines.
  • Identify market opportunities, unmet needs, and barriers to CGM adoption.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand Dexcom’s footprint in private and public healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and awareness programs
Business Growth & CGM Adoption Acceleration
  • Drive substantial year-on-year growth in Dexcom CGM users through targeted initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to increase HCP (endocrinologists, diabetologists, GPs, E-commerce) awareness, confidence, and prescription of Dexcom CGM.
  • Support clinical and commercial programs to enhance patient access and adherence.
Channel Partner Management
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with distribution partners in Philippines.
  • Monitor partner performance, set targets, and ensure execution of Dexcom sales strategy.
  • Provide partners with product training, marketing materials, and sales tools to drive in-market performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners when needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Key Accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diabetes centers.
  • Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs), diabetes educators, and clinical stakeholders to support broader CGM adoption.
  • Support participation in conferences, workshops, and patient education events.
Planning, Reporting & Insights
  • Develop annual business plans including forecasting, budgeting, and market development activities.
  • Provide timely reporting on market trends, competitor activity, performance metrics, and risks.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply chain.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Dexcom’s commercial policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate product registrations, pricing submissions, and reimbursement-related activities where relevant.
  • Support operational processes ensuring product availability and seamless customer experience.

This role will report to South East Asia Commercial Leader

What makes you successful:

  • You have deep knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical distribution models in Philippines, including reimbursement systems and clinical workflows.
  • You bring experience in diabetes care, endocrinology, or chronic disease management (preferred).
  • You have successfully led complex, cross-functional projects or programs across multiple countries.
  • You are skilled at articulating product value and communicating how Dexcom’s solutions meet diverse customer needs.
  • You are comfortable engaging with clinicians and patients to define commercial requirements (VOC and VOB).
  • Proven track record in launching or scaling healthcare products in Philippines
  • Experience managing distributors and channel partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.

Travel

30% within Philippines and Southeast Asia.
