You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transactions, timely resolutions, and a positive brand experience that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, payments, and promotions via phone, chat, or email.
Provide real-time support and guidance on product availability, sizing, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Assist in order placement, returns, exchanges, and other post-purchase concerns.
Promote featured products and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory or logistics issues quickly and effectively.
Actively contribute to customer retention by building rapport and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate; Senior High Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
Can multitask efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work on-site, on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
