In this role, you’ll assist clients with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, itinerary updates, and post-travel support – ensuring every customer experiences smooth, hassle-free service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for travel-related concerns.
Assist customers in booking flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and travel packages.
Modify or cancel reservations and provide timely solutions to itinerary changes or disruptions.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Stay up to date with travel policies, airline regulations, and promotional packages.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex travel concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
At least high school or senior high school graduate
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
