- Supervise and review accounting work for assigned clients
- Assist in managing multiple client engagements
- Coordinate with US-based Client Account Managers (CAMs)
- Perform and review general accounting functions and reports
- Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and workpapers
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly and month-end reporting
- Support process improvements and internal controls
- Guide and mentor junior accountants
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the team grows
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in public accounting, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with any ERP system with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work a US-aligned shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Willing to work onsite at:
- 2nd Floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, or
- Abanao Square Mall, Baguio City, or
- Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga
