Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and accounting reports.
• Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Monitor cash flow and identify potential financial risks or irregularities.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure budget adherence and cost control.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely payment of company taxes and statutory obligations.
• Perform regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Supervise, guide, and support accounting clerks and junior accounting staff.
• Provide regular financial updates and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting legislation.
• Assist in improving accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Information System, or any Finance-related course.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar supervisory accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of numerical and financial data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, management, and people-handling skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to start work immediately (ASAP).
• Willing to be assigned in Barangay Eden, Mexico, Pampanga.

Day Shift - 8 hours

Monday - Friday
