What You’ll Be Doing

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our payable processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. You’ll support the timely payment of invoices, maintain clean financial records, and help ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensuring all accounts payable records are maintained accurately and immaculately
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Communicating activities and updates clearly to your supervisor
  • Managing vendor responsibilities professionally and effectively
  • Ensuring negotiated contracts are paid according to agreed terms
  • Supporting and completing projects as assigned
  • Reviewing payable accounts to ensure information is properly recorded and authorized for payment
  • Administering entered items and ensuring correct account codes are used for vendor and employee payments
  • Maintaining proper backup files for future reference
  • Reconciling credit card statements promptly
  • Reconciling vendor statements against the financial system
  • Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Preparing relevant documents for the weekly payment run
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of account data
  • Coding documents according to company procedures
  • Verifying discrepancies and resolving supplier account issues
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or other accounting ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
