 I.  Position Summary

Performs administrative and secretarial support services such as managing and maintaining records, reviewing invoices, assisting in tenant concerns, and overseeing office transactions.

II. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage office communication, transportation, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and distribute memoranda, minutes, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and supply inventory.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  • Receive calls, emails, deliveries, and visitors, ensuring needs are attended to.
  • Process and monitor payments, expenditures, and staff work hours.
  • Assist with billings, permit applications, gate passes, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office and external parties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or per company policies.
III. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Office Administration or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Experience in property management/real estate is an advantage
