I. Position Summary
Performs administrative and secretarial support services such as managing and maintaining records, reviewing invoices, assisting in tenant concerns, and overseeing office transactions.
II. Duties and Responsibilities- Manage office communication, transportation, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and distribute memoranda, minutes, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files, databases, and supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
- Receive calls, emails, deliveries, and visitors, ensuring needs are attended to.
- Process and monitor payments, expenditures, and staff work hours.
- Assist with billings, permit applications, gate passes, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and external parties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or per company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree related to Office Administration or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Experience in property management/real estate is an advantage
