Is currently looking for:

SALES STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE:

• Assist the Sales Administrator in carry out clerical administrative tasks involving internal operations including budget, purchasing, & financial record keeping.
• Ensures proper office administration as to filing, documentation and any communication
• Prepare & submit on a weekly basis regular analysis & monitoring of information & operational activities

SALES:

• Coordinate closely with Sales Admin & Sales Head to provide timely & efficient mandated support
• Responsible for the following task but not limited to preparation of Quotation, answering customer inquiries/calls, contacting customers, & receiving orders.
• Update & administer customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.

Job Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's degree
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience (a plus not required)
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with good grammar
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, web analytics etc.)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing and focus on achieving results
• Can word under pressure
• Willing to be trained
• Preferably living in Cebu City
• Can start ASAP
