Sales Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in line with the company's growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for business development, including exploring new markets, industries, and channels.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to develop customized solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and regularly report on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and business development activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate leads.
• Provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical account management (preferably in [industry, e.g., renewable energy, construction, technology]).
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
