Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Customer Support VA to act as a vital communication link between our customers and internal operations. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and inventory, ensuring timely resolution and smooth workflows.

You will also support operational tasks such as order management, data analysis, and troubleshooting to help enhance overall team efficiency. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping inquiries, returns, and related issues.
  • Manage and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and escalate issues appropriately
  • Communicate effectively between customers and operations to ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Maintain and analyze inventory and order data using advanced Excel functions.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes, seeking technical support when needed.

Provide administrative support and assist with operational research tasks as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly, including WMS or similar order management platforms.
  • Prior experience with ERP, order management, or inventory tracking tools is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams and customers.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data organization.
  • Self-motivated and quick learner, committed to long-term employment and stability.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them independently.
  • Strong technical proficiency to efficiently navigate multiple software systems.
  • Quick adaptation to evolving processes and tools.
