Senior Architect

Role:
- Sets planning and design direction based on the project and business goals of the Company
- Sets design guidelines and scope that are consistent with the brand identity of the Company
- Oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of design of real estate projects.
- Manages third party design professionals towards the achievement of on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
- Stewards the approvals and decisions on design issues throughout the planning, development and project conveyance stage
- Coordinates and collaborates all aspects of project design with internal stakeholders of the company, such as the Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Sales Administration Units.
- Ensures compliance of projects with applicable laws, regulations and city ordinances
- Ensures adherence to best practice in Project Planning and Design, especially within same scale developments, including the use of information technology and digital tools.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in the planning, design and development of real estate projects
- Suitable experience in high rise residential condominium projects
