Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for delivering and overseeing sales operations in a particular geographical area with an assigned team of Account Managers. They will drive growth in sales and ensure that the company is properly represented to all customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day team management activities, guidance, and development of team members.
• Achieve team sales targets.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Implement sales processes, objectives, and strategy and proactively recommend process improvements for optimal team performance.
• Communicate relevant sales updates, necessary actions and changes, and other pertinent information to both management and team members
• Manage customer relationships, participate in closing strategic opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Review and approve pricing request in adherence to pricing standards and approval matrices.
• Plan and recommend sales team members incentive and training programs that support company sales objectives.
• Enforce team's strict adherence to up-to-date internal, external, and legal compliance, processes, and standards.
• Act as main stakeholder in collaboration with relevant teams to promote and deliver RISE services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least five (5) years of working experience in Sales, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Experience in Managing a Team is required.
