Role Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and optimizing costs.

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capability.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Resolve supplier issues and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (typically 2+ years).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
