You will be responsible for developing training materials, monitoring trainee progress, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Qualifications:
- At least 2 years undergraduate (Communications Arts or Education preferred)
- With 1–2 years experience as Team Lead, SME, QA, or Trainer in a BPO/call center
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and people development skills
- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and report creation
- Willing to work onsite and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Salary Package:
- ₱29,000 – ₱35,000
- Work Setup: Onsite
