Technical Data Processor

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically minded Technical Data Processor to support our ship/vessel operations by ensuring the accurate preparation, structuring, and entry of technical data into our Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
This role is essential in maintaining the quality and reliability of asset information used across our fleet.
You will review and interpret OEM manuals, class/flag documentation, engineering drawings, service reports, and other technical references to create clean, consistent datasets that underpin effective maintenance planning, compliance, and operational readiness.
You will be working as a part of an international team and therefore working within the team as well as working on your own activities with minimum supervision is essential. Please include both CV and cover letter in your application.
Qualifications & Experience:Essential:
- Secondary Vocational Education or higher.
- Degree in Data Science, Maritime-related Engineering, or similar is a plus.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical documentation (OEM manuals, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, GA drawings, specifications).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data entry, data processing, or technical administration.
- Good Excel/data handling skills.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of experience with maritime Planned Maintenance Systems (e.g., StarIPS, AMOS, Maximo, BASSnet, NS5, TM Master, etc.).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or marine systems.
- Experience in the maritime, offshore, or energy sector.
- Familiarity with asset management or maintenance best practices.
