What you’ll do- Compile, audit, and approve expense reports
- Communicate corrections and missing documents with employees
- Reconcile cardholder expenses and finalize weekly actuals
- Approve vendor transactions in Ramp
- Assist HR with payroll processing in Workday
- Review commission files and process off-cycle pay
- Upload PTO and overtime accruals to Paycor
- Calculate insurance premiums through the Hartford portal
- Reconcile payroll expenses, bank accounts, and related payroll liabilities
- Prepare payroll journal entries and NetSuite uploads
- Process final payments for terminated employees and update Workday records
- Generate termination summaries
- Reconcile new hire data against offer letters and confirm retro pay and bonuses
- Prepare EIB inputs for Workday
- Prepare exempt review files
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or accounting functions
- Experience with payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday and Paycor
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, accruals, and payroll compliance
- Experience handling payroll journal entries, commissions, bonuses, retro pay, and final pay calculations
- Ability to reconcile payroll expenses, bank accounts, taxes, PTO, payables, and 401(k) accounts
- Experience preparing payroll reports, EIB uploads, termination documentation, and exempt review files
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with employees, HR, and vendors
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and financial information with confidentiality
- Processor: Intel i5/i7/i9 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
- Memory: Minimum of 16 GB RAM
- Storage: SSD with sufficient free space for active projects
- Graphics: Integrated or dedicated GPU capable of supporting video editing software
- Computer OS: Windows 11

- Internet speed must be running on a 50+ Mbps wired plan
