Leasing & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy across all commercial spaces.
• Actively market vacant spaces through online listings, social media, broker networks, site inspections, and direct outreach to prospective tenants.

• Create and execute marketing plans to promote vacant commercial spaces and increase tenant demand.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships that enhance foot traffic and visibility of the commercial complex.
• Work with event organizers, brands, and tenants to promote events within the complex that support leasing and overall property value.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies, brokers, and digital platforms as needed.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the commercial facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely repairs, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure facilities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage utilities, common areas, and shared facilities efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational, leasing, and facility concerns.
• Address tenant issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and tenant retention.
• Coordinate move-ins, fit-outs, and handovers for new tenants.

• Monitor rental collections and coordinate with accounting on billing, deposits, and escalations.
• Assist in preparing leasing reports, occupancy reports, and marketing performance updates.
• Support budgeting and cost control related to facilities and property operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, real estate, or property-related work (preferred)
• Strong background in leasing, marketing of commercial spaces, and tenant acquisition
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
• Willing to work on-site
