Overall Mandates

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to achieve targets within their assigned accounts, primarily focusing on small to medium modern trade entities

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to achieve targets within their accounts.
  • Directly managing sales targets for their assigned distributors.
  • Contributing to the company's growth and operational success by enhancing the skills and capabilities of their distributors.
  • Providing daily guidance to their distributor team to ensure sales targets are met within budgetary constraints.
  • Overseeing distributor operations within their designated areas, including addressing -immediate concerns of LKAs/ RKA/ and all accounts under distributor.
  • Ensure consistency availability of priority SKU’s in identified channels
  • Execute, monitor, and achieve assigned reach, calls/day and productive calls targets, aligned with national objectives.
  • Plan, monitor & achieve assigned volume targets in an assigned RD geographical territory.
  • Manage Inventory level of distributors, make sure that RD will comply to required inventory level per SKU , to make sure that there is no overstock, no out of stock, no slow moving items and no items ageing 6months upon delivery in distributor warehouse
  • Provide input in volume forecasting process. Manage returns, BO, and pull-out according to communication strategy and guidelines.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans assigned geographical territory aligned with regional and national objectives.
  • Timely submission of Trade activities proposal per month /quarter depending on the Mandate of ASM.
  • Will be remotely reporting to the Area Sales Manager
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Distributors/Accounts
  • Communicating and collaborating with other departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the territory that will help achieve Sales and Distribution objectives
  • Reports directly to ASM/RSM assigned to the area
  • Conducts fieldworks for distributor sales personnel, performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs that is required by ASM.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Currently Residing in Tacloban City
  • MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in distributor management within FMCG sales.
  • Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in handling local key accounts/local chains.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong aptitude for time management.
  • Has exposure to other Eastern Visayas areas, a solid understanding of the accounts and businesses in those regions.
