Production Supervisor

• at least 1-2 years of working experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG Plant
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable, fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work in Sto. Niño, Brgy. 106, Tacloban City

Job description:

• Compliance to set production plan and target output per minute/hour per area that would result to more output yet less overtime expense.
• Adherence to set targeted forecast vs. the actual output that would measure proper materials usage and compliance to target yield.
• Alignment to target recovery of components aligned to formula and costing of Research and Development to lower margin and increase cost of goods.
• Maximize usage of raw materials through controlled wastages which contributes lower purchase cost leading to significant financial savings.
• Proper usage of resources and longer retention rates of each equipment. The longer the machine can perform to its intended use the letter financial savings it could give to the business.

• Ensure 100% completion rate of daily orders by enhancing trust and reliability, reduced errors and returns, increased customer satisfaction which results to more likely to return a vendor they can consistently depend on for accurate and timely fulfillment
• On-time delivery compliance to given cut off time by client. On-time delivery minimizes the cost associated with late deliveries, such as penalties resulting from product declared unserved due to late endorsement to client.

• No major to Critical complaints.
• No penalty due to quality to non-conformance.
