Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8 to 15 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail marketing.
  • Extensive experience in change management and driving marketing transformations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in market analysis, campaign performance tracking, and budgeting.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive marketing initiatives across our group of companies in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
  • Oversee marketing operations for food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and competitive positioning across multiple industries.
  • Lead marketing transformations, driving innovation and adapting to evolving industry trends.
  • Identify new opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and expand into new markets.
  • Optimize digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional advertising, and PR strategies for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves and engage at all levels of marketing operations when needed.
