Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in digital/e-commerce sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing sales on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
  • Extensive experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, and audio categories is required.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams at a director or senior leadership level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be results-driven, analytical, and highly adaptable to market changes.
  • Experience working with established brands or multinational companies with strong product portfolios is highly preferred.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Digital Sales to lead and expand our digital and e-commerce footprint across the Philippines. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of our online sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our presence on major digital and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in consumer electronics, appliances, and audio product categories, and should have a proven track record of success in digital sales and e-commerce operations on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital sales channels to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and grow relationships with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and other digital partners.
  • Drive performance marketing, conversion optimization, merchandising, and promotions across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions tailored to each platform’s audience and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product management to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital sales team.
  • Ensure digital channel profitability, customer acquisition, and retention through data-driven decision-making.
  • Report directly to executive leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
