We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to elevate the coffee experience at the QQEnglish campus. More than just a server, you will be our "coffee ambassador," responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while providing exceptional service to our international students and staff.
If you have a deep understanding of espresso extraction and a talent for customer engagement, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Assist the IT team in maintaining hardware and software systems across the campus.
- Network Assistance: Help monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure seamless online classes.
- System Maintenance: Support the team in routine server checks and software updates.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Task Management: Assist in documenting IT processes and maintaining equipment inventory.
- Education: Currently an upcoming 3rd or 4th-year student taking up BS Information Technology (BSIT) or Industrial IT.
- Skills: Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware troubleshooting, and software applications.
- Communication: Good communication skills to assist both local and international staff.
- Attributes: Proactive, responsible, and has a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide the necessary internship documents from your school (e.g., Endorsement Letter).
