About the Role
We're a fast-growing US-based home care company with 7,000+ employees in the US and 120+ team members in Cebu. You'll primarily support our US-based employees with IT operations and initiatives — working directly with our US IT Director.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. Real ownership, not a support queue. If you're the kind of person who fixes a problem once and then builds a system, so it never happens again, this role was written for you.
The work starts hands-on (tickets, hardware, user support) and grows into systems leadership (SOPs, process design, infrastructure) as you prove out. We want a builder, not just a fixer.
What You'll Own
Day-to-Day Support- Internet connectivity, cabling, and network setup
- Printer and hardware troubleshooting
- Chromebook configuration, enrollment, and shipping logistics
- VOIP management via RingCentral (logins, number assignment, porting)
- CRM support for AxisCare (form creation, system management, user access)
- Global Data platform administration (login creation, data hygiene, rep coordination)
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
- Build and maintain SOPs for every repeatable IT task so the team isn't dependent on any one person
- Own our IT ticketing system — not just responding, but analyzing patterns and eliminating recurring issues at the root
- Develop a device inventory system and equipment lifecycle process
- Create an IT onboarding checklist so every new hire is set up cleanly from day one
- Proactively identify gaps in tools, workflows, and infrastructure before they become problems
- Manage administrative and logistical aspects of our company car fleet in the US
- 5+ years of IT support or systems experience (help desk, desktop support, or IT coordinator background)
- Comfortable with basic networking — Wi-Fi, routers, modems, cabling
- Strong with Microsoft 365
- VOIP experience required; RingCentral a strong plus
- Chromebook device management experience (Google Admin Console)
- Clear written and verbal English communicator
- Available to work US business hours (overnight in PH)
