PURCHASING ASSISTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase order creation
- Monitoring of payments and delivery schedule
- Sourcing of equipment/item
- Conduct price negotiations with the supplier
- Making reports
- Filling, monitoring, and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is essential
- Must be proficient in MS Programs (Excel, Word, & Pivot)
- Must be good in PowerPoint presentation
- Must be keen to details
- Analyzing data and resolving issues related to procurement
- With sense of urgency
