WE’RE HIRING: Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP Financials
- Location: Ortigas
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Analyze system requirements and issues and prepare functional and technical specifications
- Support Oracle ERP Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
- Manage ERP configurations, users, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Develop system designs, architecture diagrams, integration flows, queries, and reports
- Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Support UAT, QA processes, change requests, and process improvements
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct data analysis and support KPI, dashboard, and reporting initiatives
- Prepare technical and business documentation, process flows, DFDs, ERDs, and architecture diagrams
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Financials
- 3–5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, and FA
- Experience with cloud applications, ERP architecture, system integration, SQL, databases, and reporting tools
- Experience working with third-party managed services is an advantage
- Knowledge of SDLC, data modeling, and business process analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle Fusion Financials, OCI, BI Publisher, SOACS, and Datamart
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Client-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven
