Job Description:
- Undertakes process improvement projects assigned by the MSD Officer or MSD Manager.
- Assists the MSD Officer in major projects requiring research and analysis work.
- Conducts training programs for dissemination of approved policies, systems and procedures.
- Monitors implementation of agreed process standards.
- Acts as the department’s helpdesk for inquiries related to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all administrative functions for the department.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any business related course.
- At least 1 year experience in methods or systems analysis in a service-oriented company
- Preferably with training experience
- Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
- Ability to learn processes and software
- Able to conceptualize and think creatively
- With proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio)
- Expertise in flowcharting systems and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good team player
