Finance & Accounting Associate
As a Finance & Accounting Associate at AP HELPMEET INC., you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company with the guidance of the financial officer as your reporting manager. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities from billing to financial reporting, each requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:
- Billing: Generate and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Payroll: Administer employee compensation, deductions, and records.
- Bank Account Management: Handle corporate bank account operations, including uploads of payments, verifying payment receipt, enrollments and deletions for fund transfer, and any cash in and out flows monitoring.
- Government Contributions: Manage and process government contributions, benefits, loans and any other issues that might arise from SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
- Payables: Oversee accounts payable and maintain good relationships with the B2B clients and vendors.
- Credo: Accounting Partner: Submit any required documents or report from Credo.
- Business Permit Renewal: Ensure timely renewal of business licenses and permits. 1
- Investor Relations: Manage and execute investor payouts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements for the company and the laundry division.
- Tax and Compliance: Calculate, file, and pay taxes; submit compliance documents to government agencies (BIR, SEC, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of finance or business administration majoring finance or accounting
- 0–1-year work experience
- NBI Clearance and drug test
- Good communication skills with basic English
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- Willing to travel to do transactions in banks or government agencies
Target compensation:
- Php 13,500 starting salary (upon regularization Php 14,000)
- Php 500 monthly allowance (upon regularization Php 1,000)
- Phone allowance
- Performance bonus depending on business needs
- Government contributions, 13th month bonus, HMO (upon regularization) · Service incentive leave
- Laptop will be provided
Work format: Remote but may report to office as required by the manager, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
