Be part of our client's team as a Pricing Review Assistant, delivering accurate, repeatable support to a network of brokers. You'll handle pricing reviews, update key client data, manage lender communications, and ensure every step of the process runs smoothly-providing essential backend support that helps secure better loan outcomes for clients.

• 1-3 years of experience in Australian mortgage processes and credit
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of secure data handling protocols for personal data
• Intermediate English communication skills, with stronger written proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, calendar tools, Google Drive, and PDF software
• Customer service experience and client-focused mindset
• Strong IT competency and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to follow complex loan structures and processes
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements

Your Daily Tasks

• Deliver end-to-end pricing review support
• Complete allocated pricing reviews consistently and accurately
• Manage personal task queue effectively
• Document each stage of the pricing journey
• Consolidate activities for month-end charging
• Distribute tasks to the appropriate queues at the start of each month
• Liaise with franchisees regarding updates to monthly work requests
• Communicate with lenders via email, platforms, and phone to obtain better loan deals for clients
• Extract and update property reports
• Record activity notes in HubSpot (CRM)

• Train loan administrators in the pricing review service
• Develop training materials related to the pricing review process

• Maintain franchisee data using Excel
• Update records monthly to add or remove users
• Create charts and visual reports to provide ongoing insights
• Integrate charts into monthly management reports
• Support the rollout of similar responsibilities for future service expansions
