Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll oversee the sales pipeline, enhance team processes, manage CRM integrity, and support financial reporting. You'll lead pipeline reviews, ensure operational alignment across departments, and deliver data-driven insights that support revenue growth and decision-making.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or operations role
  • Experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM management role, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot is mandatory
  • Experience leading and managing people
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data management and reporting
  • Solid understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting principles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Your Daily Tasks
  • Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and consistency across stages, deals, and sales activity
  • Support the GM Commercial with regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Lead weekly forecast calls with the sales team
  • Coordinate sales team meetings and drive process efficiencies
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client engagement
  • Manage key contracts and the customer contract process
  • Initiate onboarding activities across Product, Finance, and Reporting
  • Oversee contract renewals, updates, and ensure compliance with evolving terms and conditions
  • Support month-end financial reporting and oversee invoicing accuracy and reconciliation with Rev Ops and the Customer Service Officer
  • Manage customer financial reporting and valuation firm payment operations
  • Collaborate with PropTrack Product teams and REA Group stakeholders to align customer engagements, revenue opportunities, and product reporting
  • Ensure alignment and optimization of business processes across PropTrack
  • Manage and support the sales team in maintaining HubSpot data integrity, including leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts
  • Identify and resolve CRM data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting
  • Create, prepare, and manage dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate sales process improvements, documentation, and training to enhance team efficiency and CRM adoption
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with access setup, CRM training, and tools alignment
  • Liaise with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align lead flow, handover, and conversion tracking
  • Monitor key sales KPIs and contribute to initiatives that drive pipeline growth, sales productivity, and data-driven decision-making
