Sales Representative

Job description:

Crystal Image Paper Marketing Corp. is looking for a Sales Representative who will drive business growth by developing new accounts, managing client relationships, and promoting our heat transfer equipment, components, and services. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and closing sales.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and approach new potential clients within target industries.
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust, service excellence, and technical support.
• Conduct on-site visits, equipment inspections, and client meetings.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions to customers.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Submit regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in heat transfer industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Technical understanding of heat exchangers, condensers, cooling towers, or related equipment is an advantage.
• Proven sales track record.
