The Telemarketer / Sales Acquisition Representative is responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, conducting outbound calls, introducing the company's products and services, performing client needs assessments, and generating qualified sales opportunities.The role focuses on building professional relationships, understanding client requirements, and assisting in the growth of the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business partners.
Introduce the company's products and services in a professional manner.
Conduct surveys and needs assessments to understand client requirements.
Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM or company databases.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, email, or messaging platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations Team regarding client requirements.
Prepare lead generation and sales activity reports.
Update and organize customer information and contact databases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
Represent the company professionally during all client communications.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
