We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Representative specializing in industrial power solutions. In this role, you will lead our efforts in expanding market reach by executing the core responsibilities actively promoting and selling our high-performance Diesel Generator Sets, identifying and visiting new prospects, achieving targets, and nurturing long-term account relationships.

The ideal candidate will blend strong sales execution with a solid understanding of generator sets, aggressively identifying new business opportunities while establishing our brand as a trusted partner in the heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Sales Execution & Market Promotion
  • Actively promote and sell Diesel Generator Sets to commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate competitive commercial proposals and quotations tailored to client-specific power requirements.
  • Close sales deals efficiently by handling client inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  1. Business Development & Fieldwork
  • Identify, prospect, and conduct site visits for new clients across various industries (such as manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, and construction).
  • Perform market research and lead generation to build a continuous pipeline of enterprise and industrial B2B opportunities.
  • Travel directly to client locations and project sites to assess their baseline power needs and offer the right equipment solutions on-site.
  1. Performance & Target Management
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Track and report all sales activities, client feedback, project updates, and pipeline volume accurately to leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to pivot sales tactics effectively.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, assuring top-tier customer satisfaction and post-sale support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, handling commercial inquiries and coordinating equipment deliveries smoothly.
  • Nurture repeat business and secure professional referrals by delivering exceptional service and dependable power solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Highly knowledgeable in Generator Sets, including their technicalities, specifications, and field applications.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience as a representative in the heavy equipment industry, with a direct focus on generator sets highly preferred.
  • Education: College Undergraduate or College Graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a natural "people person" capable of networking with procurement managers, engineers, and business owners.
  • Mobility: Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and out-of-office client visits. Possession of a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) and a valid driver's license is highly preferred.
