Cartrack, a global leader in fleet management and telematics solutions, is expanding its sales presence in Philippines. We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative (Hunter) to focus on new business acquisition across corporate and SME clients.
This is a target-driven, outbound sales role suited for individuals who excel in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business development
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Understand customer operational needs and propose tailored fleet management and telematics solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive, or insurance is advantageous
