About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience (BPO or Virtual Assistant). This is a pioneering remote project, ideal for professionals with excellent English communication skills (C1 level), strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information
  • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Use internal tools and systems to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence
Qualifications
  • ✅ Minimum of 1 year CSR experience (BPO or VA)
  • ✅ Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
  • ✅ C1 level English communication (verbal and written)
  • ✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • ✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and online tools
Technical Requirements
  • Dual-monitor setup (Main PC/laptop + backup device)
Note: MacBooks are not allowed
  • Stable primary internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Backup internet connection (e.g., prepaid or pocket WiFi)
Schedule & Compensation
  • Shift: Pacific Time (Graveyard in PH)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)
  • Rate: Starting at $3.00 USD/hour
