About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience (BPO or Virtual Assistant). This is a pioneering remote project, ideal for professionals with excellent English communication skills (C1 level), strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great service.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Use internal tools and systems to resolve issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence
- ✅ Minimum of 1 year CSR experience (BPO or VA)
- ✅ Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
- ✅ C1 level English communication (verbal and written)
- ✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- ✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and online tools
- Dual-monitor setup (Main PC/laptop + backup device)
- Stable primary internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Backup internet connection (e.g., prepaid or pocket WiFi)
- Shift: Pacific Time (Graveyard in PH)
- Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)
- Rate: Starting at $3.00 USD/hour
