Accounting analyst

Job Description

• Prepares financial report for the month/Year to date
• Prepares and Consolidates Hatchery Reports Monthly/Weekly and Provide Monthly Costing per Area
• Consolidates Grower’s Liquidation and prepare Costing per Farm.
• Checks Billing and Expenses of Hatcheries and Cebu Branch.
• Update and Reconciles Production Summary Report for Dressed Chicken.
• Consolidates and Monitor Frozen Chicken Movement for Cebu Branch.
• Update and Reconciles Accounts Receivables of Hatching Egg Byproduct, DOC Sales, Dressed Sales and Frozen Sales.
• Prepares and provides analysis of significant variances on project related costs.
• Exercises due diligence to prevent, detect, and report unlawful and/or unethical conduct by fellow co-workers and/or professional affiliates.
• Review and consolidates all balance sheet account.
• Checks monthly inventory reports.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Accounting Manager

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting.
• Male/Female
• Good in English both in written and oral.
• Good on interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Keen to details, Trustworthy.
• Can work with less Supervision.
• Possesses good moral character.
