Field auditor - iloilo city

Duties & Responsibility:

1. Assist in planning and creating an audit plan.
2. Review transactions, documents, records, reports and methods for accuracy, effectiveness and adherence to standards.
3. Monthly audit to branches

• Confirming account receivables
• Examination and Cash Count of Petty Cash
• Test checks daily collection report
• Observing physical inventory count and conduct analysis on variances
• Observation, evaluation, and testing of operational procedures & transactions

1. Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations for correction of unsatisfactory conditions, improvements in operation and reduction of cost.
2. Check/ verify Sales personnel itinerary and coverage

• Check/confirm route coverage versus submitted transportation expense report
• Van Ride with route vans

1. Assists in the performance of special reviews at the request of management
2. Provide ad hoc advice to employees regarding issues found and how to remediate them.
3. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting related courses (Financial, Accountancy, Accounting Technolocy, Management Accounting)
• Has auditing experience is a plus
• Willing to travel in Aklan and Antique
• Has driver's license and knows how to drive (is a plus)
