As an Applications Analyst, you will support audit teams by managing audit tools, troubleshooting issues, and driving innovation with automation and data analysis. You'll play a vital role in implementing digital solutions that streamline processes and improve client service.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in UiPath and Alteryx.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA.
• 3+ years of experience in audit, IT support, or a technology-focused role within professional services.
• Experience in application development and implementation support.
• Experience in RPA development using UiPath or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with audit and data tools such as CaseWare, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate, UiPath).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide day-to-day support for audit teams using digital audit tools (e.g., CaseWare, Alteryx, Power BI, DocuMine).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors as needed.

• Assist with technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support the rollout and configuration of new audit and automation tools.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance tool functionality and usability.

• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for audit staff.
• Maintain current user guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation.

• Identify opportunities to automate or improve audit processes using Python, SQL, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovative solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance audit capabilities.

• Assist audit teams in extracting, transforming, and analyzing client data.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with firm policies.
