Job Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will support global teams by handling invoicing, rollovers, rate fixings, and payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely client service delivery in line with international standards.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Sydney time with DST adjustments) Manila Time: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Weekends off

Work setup: Work from Home (occasional site reporting in Metro Manila)

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven examples of working to tight deadlines
  • A high degree of detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience of Payments would be desirable
  • Previous experience of Loan Operations would be desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business
  • Ability to represent the client to high standards and expectations at all times
Your Daily Tasks
  • Invoice clients for upcoming scheduled activity in the SOLVAS system.
  • Process rollovers, rate fixings, and commitment fees in SOLVAS.
  • Create lender notices for checking and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Follow client processes, update checklists, and complete Diary events on time.
  • Run payment files from the system and upload into the banking platform.
  • Monitor daily cash amounts and submit for approval.
