Store Team Leader

The Store Team Leader role includes supervising team members, maintaining equipment and service quality, handling customer concerns, and coordinating with management for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead store staff in daily operations of the golf game service facility
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist guests with game setup and equipment use
• Train, motivate, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality of golf simulators/equipment
• Handle cashiering, sales reporting, and daily financial transactions
• Promote golf services, packages, and events to customers
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor inventory of tokens, equipment, and supplies
• Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities
• Report operational updates, challenges, and customer insights to management

Qualifications:

• At least College Level/Graduate in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leader experience (retail, arcade, F&B, or recreational services preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge or interest in golf and recreational games is an advantage
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle financial transactions
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic, approachable, and a hands-on leader
