Commercial Manager (Courier / Logistics / Retail Services)

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to drive business growth, sales performance, and store/business center operations in a courier and business services setup.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in courier, logistics, retail service operations, business development, or multi-branch operations.
The role combines sales pipeline management, business development, store performance, courier/logistics coordination, service quality, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth, sales performance, and commercial opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee store/business center performance, service quality, and daily operations.
- Supervise store assistants and/or field sales staff.
- Conduct store visits to audit compliance and provide on-site coaching.
- Manage courier/logistics partnerships and vendor coordination.
- Monitor sales, expenses, collections, inventory, and performance reports.
- Support pricing, commercial strategy, and market positioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance on credit, collection, and accounting-related concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, business development, sales, retail operations, logistics, courier services, or franchise operations.
- Experience in courier express, logistics, business service centers, retail service operations, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
- Background in managing sales performance, store/business center operations, and client relationships.
- Able to interpret sales reports, expenses, collections, inventory, and basic P&L indicators.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to do field work, store visits, and business development activities.
- Flexible for urgent Saturday meetings or business needs when required.
Work Setup
The role is primarily onsite and field-facing due to store/business center operations, business development, and branch visits.
Saturday is not a regular office day, but may be required on-call or WFH for urgent meetings or business needs.
