IT Specialist

• Develop AI-assisted systems for:
• Self-Survey Reports (SSR) drafting and consolidation
• Minutes of meetings and report generation
• Document classification and retrieval
• Accounting Department automation
• Automate repetitive processes:
• Accreditation tracking
• KPI scoring and HR evaluations
• Build dashboards for:
• Accreditation status monitoring
• Institutional performance analytics
• Serve as the records manager, managing both printed and digital records and data of the association.
• Ensure proper access control to sensitive data and systems, adhering to security policies.
• Conduct regular security monitoring to identify and respond to potential intrusions, vulnerabilities, or threats.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions (antivirus, anti-malware).
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues that cannot be resolved by front-line support (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With two years of work experience in an IT administration, systems administration, or similar advanced IT support role.
• Experience in AI tools (ChatGPT, Power BI, automation tools)
• Strong documentation and process understanding
• Advantage: Experience in education/accreditation systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to complex technical issues.
