Job Description
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates in line with company standards
- Learning & Development
- Support the planning and implementation of training programs
- Identify employee development needs in coordination with department heads
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Assist in managing salary structures, benefits administration, and employee compensation
- Ensure accuracy in benefits enrollment and updates
- Support annual compensation reviews and benchmarking activities
- Employee Relations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases professionally
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies
- Payroll
- Oversee payroll preparation and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Review attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related inputs
- General Affairs
- Supervise office administration, facilities, and general services
- Ensure proper maintenance of office resources and vendor coordination
- Support health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR supervisory or generalist role
- Department management experience is essential for this position
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions including Recruitment, L&D, C&B, Employee Relations, General Affairs, and Payroll
- Hands-on experience with at least four of the six HR functions is required
- Experience in payroll processing and HR systems is required
- Experience with any HRIS system is required
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
