We are looking for HR and Admin Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a
related field.
  • Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Certifications is an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in human resources, administration, or management.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is typically required, as this
position involves overseeing a team.
  • Previous experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, and payroll, is often necessary.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes, such as office management, compliance,
and record-keeping is beneficial.
  • Key Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of HR, Administrative and payroll
staff.
  • Understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices regarding
employment and workplace rights.
  • Skill in resolving disputes, handling employee grievances, and making decisions to
improve the working environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as HRAD Supervisors frequently
interact with employees, senior management, and external parties.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive employee and organizational
information.
  • Proficient in HR management software, office tools (Microsoft Office Suite), and
databases.
  • Capable of anticipating organizational needs and adapting to new policies,
technologies, and changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse employees and address their concerns.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with sensitive issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong writing and reading comprehension skills are essential qualifications

for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR and administrative functions.
  • Supervise HR staff, handle staff performance, and provide training and development.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee services.
  • Prepare reports for senior management regarding HR metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate employee records and data.
  • Coordinate administrative duties like office management and facility maintenance.

Location: Mimosa Corner Oackwood Greenwoods Executive Village Pasig, City

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On-Site
