Branch Supervisor - Villa Caceres

 I.  Job Purpose

Branch Supervisor oversees the administrative, sales and operational responsibilities including team members of the branch.

1. Drive sales performance. meet targets. Motivating and guiding staffs on how to hit sales target. Meeting with the staffs for day to day sales huddle.
2. Implement strategies to increase revenue and client acquisition.
3. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow.
4. Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients, fostering a positive and pampering environment.
5. Manage administrative duties, including handling reports and working with the branch's financial reports.
6. Oversee the maintenance and organization of the clinic environment to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and maintains high standards of visual aesthetics.
7. Ensures that all machines, equipment and facilities are working and presentable.

III. Minimum Qualification Guidelines

Experience : With 1 years’ Experience as supervisory level.

Competencies : Regulatory Knowledge, Communication Skills, and has strong analytical skills. Must possess excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer

Others : Friendly attitude, Fast learner and hardworking. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects daily
