JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Associate (Project Lead) is responsible for assisting in identifying new business opportunities, leading project developments, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategies that drive business expansion and acquisitions.This role supports industry engagement and business partnerships while aligning efforts with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Opportunity Identification - Successfully identify and evaluate potential growth and expansion opportunities.
- Project Management - Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful execution, timeline adherence, and alignment with company objectives
- Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of business unit.
- Strategic Execution - Implement business development initiatives and strategies that align with corporate growth plans.
- Performance Tracking - Report progress on business development initiatives and ensure goal alignment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and partnership development.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis & visualization, and forecasting.
- Knowledge and understanding of economic indicators, industry benchmarks, and market forecasting.
- Understanding of financial reports, market trends, and business expansion strategies.
- A good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships while effectively managing conflicting views and opinions.
- Willing to travel to rural areas within the Philippines.
