Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Must be WFH-ready with a dedicated workspace.
- Must meet all technical specifications including computer requirements, internet speed standards, and headset specifications for the WFH setup.
- Must have a backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently.
