Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Must be WFH-ready with a dedicated workspace.
  • Must meet all technical specifications including computer requirements, internet speed standards, and headset specifications for the WFH setup.
  • Must have a backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently.
