Campus Recruitment & University Partnerships Specialist
About the role
The Campus Recruitment & University Partnerships Specialist functions similarly to a business development role. It requires the ability to establish local partnerships and conduct public speaking during school orientations, in addition to standard administrative task.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations.
- With established connections with universities, colleges, and schools.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating job fairs and campus events.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office and familiar with recruitment tools
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to identify, engage and recruit high-potential students and recent graduates
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including job fairs, information sessions, networking events and campus ambassador programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centres, faculty and student organisations to promote KMZD GROUP' as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design targeted campus recruitment campaigns
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in campus recruitment and university engagement.
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Recruitment Strategies
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with educational institutions by securing comprehensive Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
- Organize and Participate in Outreach Activities
- Advertise our current job openings to both online and offline alumni communities, leveraging these networks to reach potential candidates who may be well-suited for our roles.
