Supervise, train, and mentor HR officers and administrative staff.

Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to organizing new-hire training.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance issues, and career development plans.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure company policies align with local employment laws and assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Performance Management: Advise department heads on staff requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in the HR Department.
  • Familiarity with the HR Responsibilities.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Has the capacity to build good relations with the team.
  • With a pleasing personality.
