Supervise, train, and mentor HR officers and administrative staff.
Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to organizing new-hire training.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance issues, and career development plans.Compliance & Administration: Ensure company policies align with local employment laws and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Performance Management: Advise department heads on staff requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in the HR Department.
- Familiarity with the HR Responsibilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal communications.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Has the capacity to build good relations with the team.
- With a pleasing personality.
